According to an article on SavannahNow.com, Gulfstream’s super mid-size G250 business jet just recently completed its maiden flight in Israel. Savannah-based Gulfstream designed and built the private jet in collaboration with Israel Aerospace Industries in Tel Aviv. The G250 is a $24 million, 10-seater business jet powered by Honeywell engines and capable of traveling 3,400 nautical miles with a maximum speed of Mach 0.85. The Gulfstream G250 can fly nonstop from New York to London of from London to Dubai. It will be available in 2011.
