Travel Apps

The staff at Sky Limo Air Charter always like to report on the latest things and news surrounding traveling and this week’s news is all about the iPhone’s Travel Apps. With more than 22 million people owning an iPhone, these Apps are quite popular. When it comes to these little applications (not just the traveling kind), people always like to collect more and more. There are about 40,000 apps out there plus about 1,000 released each week. According to Travel and Leisure online, a ‘Flashlight’ app illuminates your screen in dark hotel rooms. ‘Currency’ calculates your exchange rate. Some can even help you find a cab. The Yelp App offers you a portal to the user-written website reviews for good food and good party spots. So you can be in Las Vegas and find a great French Bistro within 20 miles of were you’re staying. The TomTom App turns your iPhone into a GPS device, helping you navigate in a new town.
So the next time you book a private air charter with Sky Limo, don’t forget to bring your iPhone and popular Apps with you. You’ll have an easier time visiting your destination and maybe even find a restaurant somewhere. Of course, to book your hotel room or even rent a car, you can always ask the Sky Limo Concierge services to do the job for you. You’re a VIP after all!
