Top Hotels According to Survey

CNN posted an article online that featured the most recent results from a survey of 53,000 people who stayed in hotels any time between May 2009 and June 2010.
J.D. Power and Associates 2010 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study found that people generally liked wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, comfortable bedding and pillow choices, pillow-top mattresses, consistent high service and free parking. Hotel guests also preferred to directly book their room with the hotels and not a random independent website. When it came to individual hotel chains, the study showed that The Ritz-Carlton ranked highest in overall satisfaction in the luxury hotel category, followed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and JW Marriott. In the upscale segment, Omni Hotels, Embassy Suites and Renaissance Hotels and Resorts were the top three. Hilton Garden Inn was rated top for mid-scale and Drury Inn and Suites was top in the middle-scale limited service segment.

Sky Limo Gives Back

At Sky Limo Air Charter, we’re so proud and eager to get involved in charitable events because we believe in helping our community and giving back when we can. That’s why, just recently, we partnered up with The Abaco Club at Winding Bay, a Ritz-Carlton property. Together, we were able to raise $11,000 for a roundtrip, nonstop, private air charter from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the Bahamas and an accommodations package to benefit the Broward division Humane Society’s Harley Hog Days charity event. The wonderful accommodation package was for four people and included a four-day, three-night stay, two beautiful cabanas, a round of golf for each person, snorkeling, tennis and other fun-filled activities.

This year’s Harley Hog Day event was held at the Coral Ridge Country Club in Fort Lauderdale with a lot of supporters arriving on their bikes, wearing motorcycle garb, even some of the dogs were dressed up in Harley-like gear. It was a fun and successful day. Sky Limo Air Charter plans to continue to make charitable donations in the goals of reaching at least eight to ten contributions a year. Let us know if we can help you with private air charter (for business or pleasure) or if we can help with supporting your charity of choice.

Thanks to the Abaco Club for partnering up with us, the Humane Society for putting on such a great event and helping our four-legged friends and to the wonderful supporters who bought our donation package.
