This data is according to findings from Ypartnership/Harrison Group 2010 Portrait of American Travelers. 63% of business travelers agree. In the past breakfast was basic, bagels, English muffins a few pastries and single servings of butter and jam. These days hot food is now a trend in the hotel industry offering French Toast, scrambled eggs, sausage and more.
