According to CNN online, global travel is thriving...but not in the U.S. To travel internationally these days is much cheaper and faster. India, China and Brazil have seen many international travelers in the last several years. Sky Limo Air Charter has learnt that more than 60 million travelers have flown internationally in the past 10 years, but almost none in the U.S. According to CNN, America has seen zero growth in overseas visitation resulting in a 37% decline sine 2000. The U.S. has so much to offer visitors, from such variety of people and geography, including beaches, mountains, attractions, nightlife, shopping and the list goes on. Until not too log ago, the U.S. was the only developed country without a national travel promotion strategy. Most destinations actively advertise themselves to attract people to spend time and money in their countries. Last year, a bipartisan Congress passed the Travel Promotion Act to create the Corporation for Travel Promotion which is a public-private partnership that will create and execute America's first nationally coordinated marketing program. It's designed to attract more international visitors. It will provide them with useful information and promote that America wants and welcomes world travelers.
