More than 4,000 Protest Emails to the TSA

According to USA today, there has been a ton of emails protesting new proposed rules by the Transportation Security Administration’s Large Aircraft Security Program which included fingerprinting pilots, watch-list matching of passengers before flights, checking unauthorized persons and prohibited items. Plus, pilots would have to make sure each baggage is inspected and each flight is approved before departure. There has been more than 4,000 emails to the TSA, including 1,500 just last week. This represents the largest public opposition to an aviation- security proposal since the TSA was formed in 2003.
